Honor 200 & 200 Pro full specs sheet leaks, no flagship chipset in sight
Honor is launching the 200 and 200 Pro on June 12 in Paris. The devices are said to be more premium than ever with 4-layer AI, and today, we got a fully leaked specs sheet of both devices. We are still trying to confirm its authenticity, but it looks like the real deal.
It seems like none of the phones will have a flagship chipset; the Honor 200 Pro will have the premium Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, while the Honor 200 will come with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3.
Honor 200 will have a 6.7â AMOLED, while the 200 Pro will be slightly larger with a 6.78â diagonal. Both panels will have â1.5K resolutionâ, which is slightly better than 1080p but nowhere near 1440p. Other features include 4,000 nits peak brightness and a 120 Hz refresh rate.
The Honor 200 Pro's main camera will feature a 50 MP OmniVision OV50H 1/1.3â sensor, while the Honor 200 will use a Sony IMX906 that is 1/1.56â in size; both will have OIS. The 50 MP portrait cameras, with 2.5x optical zoom and a Sony IMX856 sensor behind, will also have optical stabilization.
The ultra-wide camera is listed as 12 MP. The selfie camera is said to be 50 MP, but we do know from leaked renders that the Honor 200 Pro is a dual solution, and the secondary cam can be a 2 MP depth sensor but could also be an ultra-wide shooter for better group selfies, we are yet to confirm.
Honor would bring a 5,200 mAh battery with 100W charging on both devices, but the Pro is getting a coil on the back for 66W wireless charging and an Honor C1+ chip for improved wireless and cellular connectivity.
The big question that remains unanswered is how much the phones would cost. We'll know in less than three weeks after the event in the French capital.
