Google Pixel Watch 3 promo images leak, more details outed
Google's Pixel Watch 3 is becoming official at the company's big August 13 event, and it apparently just can't stop leaking. Yesterday we told you about all the various colors you will be able to get it in, and today a new leak sheds light on even more details, as these seem to be promotional images from the Google online store.
The Pixel Watch 3 will come in two sizes for the first time (41mm and 45mm), and it will have an "Actua" display with up to 2,000-nit peak brightness. Unlike its predecessor, it will provide advanced running metrics, and will have 20% faster charging (for the 41mm model) than the original Pixel Watch.
Battery life is expected to remain unchanged, however - quoted by Google as "24 hours with always-on display". The Battery Saver mode will take that to 36 hours.
The promo images above also talk about controlling your Pixel's smartphone camera with the watch, and you'll also be able to look at the live feed from your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, as well as access Google Maps offline and use Google Wallet for payments.
Other features include a Readiness score to tell you if you're up for a tough workout or still need time to recover, Cardio load to measure how hard your heart works to see if you're under or overtraining, and the Fitbit morning brief which gives you a summary of your most important health information and fitness metrics.
