Fujitsu Arrows F-07D is now the world's thinnest smartphone
The battle for the thinnest smartphone continues. But while the others were fighting, the Fujitsu Arrows F-07D managed to slip through the gaps and took the crown for the world"s thinnest smartphone. For the moment, at least.
It manages to achieve this by being just 6.6mm thick. Also, unlike some of the other thin phones that came out recently, such as the Motorola RAZR and the Samsung Galaxy S II, the Arrow is actually uniformly thick without any bulges.
Inside that super slim body is a 4-inch, 854 x 480 resolution display with Corning"s Gorilla Glass protection, single-core 1.4GHz Snapdragon processor, 512MB of RAM and 1GB internal storage. The phone runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
The Fujitsu Arrows F-07D will be available in Japan in 2012 on the NTT DoCoMo network.
