Asus ROG Phone 7 flexes its Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 on AnTuTu
The Asus ROG Phone 7 series is coming on April 13 and we can now add AnTuTu as its testing grounds. Previously we've seen three models running Geekbench - AI2205_B, AI2205_C, and AI2205_D, which is the focus of this article. More importantly, all sport the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, which leads to believe that the AI2205_D is the Ultimate model.
Back to the benchmark in question. The Asus ROG Phone 7 tested had 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. They're the LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 varieties. The phone unsurprisingly ran Android 13.
The ROG Phone 7 Ultimate scored a combined 1,346,106.
The ROG Phone 7 series should unite around a 6.78-inch 1080p E4 AMOLED with a 165Hz refresh rate, and a 6,000mAh battery with 65W charging.
We expect a triple camera on the back - 50MP IMX766 primary, a 13MP ultrawide, and a 5MP macro unit, as well as a 32MP selfie camera.
