Android 12 with One UI 4 reaches Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+

Samsung has opened the floodgates this week, releasing updates to Android 12 with One UI 4 left and right. The Galaxy S21 family and the latest foldables went first, and after a hiccup, resumed their update. Then the Galaxy S20 and Note20 families were next, and following those - the S10 of course.

Now it's time for tablets. Samsung's latest and greatest, to be precise. We're talking about the Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+. Both of these devices are now receiving One UI 4 based on Android 12 in Europe. And when we say "Europe", we mean the following territories: Austria, the Baltics, Bulgaria, Czechia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the Nordics, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Southeast Europe, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.

That's... a lot of geographical spread from the get-go, and this is rather unprecedented even for Samsung, as it usually launches new software in one or a handful of countries first, then slowly adding more and more territories as days go by. Not this time around, though, the company seems intent on giving as many of its device owners as possible a New Year's gift in the form of One UI 4.

As usual the rollouts are likely to be staged, but if you have a Galaxy Tab S7 or S7+ purchased from one of the aforementioned countries, now is the time to go to Settings > Software update and tap on Download and install.
