iQOO 11 leak details 6.78" 144Hz display, Neo7 SE details also leak
iQOO has already confirmed that its next flagship will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, however, the company has tried to keep some things under wraps. Things that inevitably leaked – here are some unofficial details about the iQOO 11. Related to that is the iQOO Neo7 SE leak, which describes a more affordable phone based on the Dimensity 8200.
We’ve already seen a Geekbench result for the iQOO 11 and its new chipset. The unit that ran the test had 12GB of RAM – that would be LP-DDR5X RAM, according to the rumors. The fast chip will also make use of its support for the new UFS 4.0 storage format, though capacities are TBD.
The current iQOO 10 also has a racing-inspired exteriorThis leak confirms previous information that the phone will feature a display based on Samsung E6 tech. It will be a roomy 6.78” panel with 1,440 x 3,200px resolution (20:9) and 144Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate. These are similar specs to the iQOO 10, but that one has an E5 panel with 120Hz refresh rate.
Moving on, the 11 is said to have a 50MP main camera, 13MP ultra wide and an 8MP macro (strange, no telephoto lens even though the iQOO 10 has one even if it’s only 2x). Also, the selfie camera will have a 16MP sensor.
As you may have heard before, the iQOO 11 is slated to have a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging (the 11 Pro is expected to go as high as 200W). The phone’s body will measure 164.8 x 77.0 x 8.5mm and weigh 205g. It will be available in two racing-themed colorways: Isle of Man Edition and Track Edition.
The iQOO Neo7 will get a couple of siblings soonThe iQOO Neo7 SE will be a more affordable alternative. It also has a 6.78” display, though it will be an E5 panel with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. So, it will have lower resolution and refresh rate, but it will also have less GPU power – the phone will use the upcoming Dimensity 8200. We heard hat the Neo 7s will be more powerful with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
Anyway, the iQOO Neo7 SE is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support, just like the iQOO 11. There isn"t much on the camera other than that the main module will have OIS.
iQOO has not set official dates yet, but there is a good chance that the iQOO 11 will be unveiled before the end of this year (it is expected in India and Malaysia among other regions). The Neo7 SE may be introduced in December or January.
